DELIVERY

SMALLER SHIPMENTS WILL BE SENT BY GLS/UPS TO THE NEAREST PARCEL SHOP. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING WHEN THE ITEM IS SHIPPED.

FURNITURE IS SHIPPED BY SCHENKERS DELIVERING ON ALL WEEKDAYS WITHIN NORMAL WORKING HOURS.

WHEN YOUR SHIPMENT HAS ARRIVED AT SCHENKER TERMINAL YOU WILL RECEIVE VIA SMS/E-MAIL A LINK WHERE YOU ACTIVELY SELECT THE DELIVERY DAY YOURSELF.

ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE A REMINDER ABOUT YOUR UPCOMING DELIVERY.

IF YOU HAVE NOT ACCEPTED "DELIVERY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION", IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU BE HOME TO RECEIVE YOURDELIVERY. OTHERWISE WE ARE UNFORTUNATELY NECESSARY TO CHARGE EXTRA DELIVERY FEE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DELIVER YOUR FURNITURE ON PALLETS THAT ARE PLACED BY THE CURB. SO WENOT CARRY YOUR FURNITURE IN AND WE DO NOT TAKE CARDBOARD AND PALLET RETURNS.

UNFORTUNATELY IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ORDER DELIVERY.

SHIPMENTS IN SPAIN ARE SHIPPED WITH DSV. YOU MUST BE HOME TO RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY. WHEN THE GOODS ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE IN VALENCIA YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A LINK TO TRACKING. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED PER PHONE BEFORE DELIVERY.

THE DELIVERY TIME IS INDICATIVE AND WE MAKE RESERVES FOR UNFORSEEN EVENTS WHICH MAY EXTEND DELIVERY SUCH AS HOLIDAYS, BUSY TIMES, WEATHER CONDITIONS, ETC.M

WHEN YOUR SHIPMENT HAS ARRIVED AT SCHENKER TERMINAL YOU WILL RECEIVE VIA SMS/E-MAIL A LINK WHERE YOU ACTIVELY SELECT THE DELIVERY DAY YOURSELF.

FOR DELIVERY IN SPAIN YOU WILL RECEIVE LINK WITH TRACKING VIA DSV.

 

FAILED DELIVERY

SUPPLY OF FURNITURE:

IF YOU ARE NOT HOME AND THE SHIPMENT IS TAKEN BACK TO THE STORAGE HOTEL, THERE IS A SHIPPING FEE FOR EXTRA DELIVERY.

PRICE CHANGES

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS. THE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS DO NOT AFFECT ORDERS FOR WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.

 

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

WITHOUT 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR GOODS YOU MUST INFORM US IF THERE IS DAMAGE OR MISSING ONE OR MORE OF THE GOODS. THIS IS DONE AT INFO@NORTHBYNORTH.COM - IMPORTANT YOU STATE YOUR ORDER NO./INVOICE NUMBER. IN THAT CONNECTION

NORTHBYNORTH PROVIDES A 2-YEAR RIGHT OF CLAIM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SALES ACT, INCLUDING MANUFACTURING AND MATERIAL DEFECTS WHICH ARE DISCOVERED DURING THE NORMAL USE OF THE GOODS. THE COURT OF COMPLAINTS DOES NOT COVER FAULTS, DAMAGES OR WEAR, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY AS A RESULT OF MISUSE, POOR MAINTENANCE, VIOLENCE OR UNAUTHORIZED INTERVENTIONS. COMPLAINTS ABOUT ERRORS AND DEFECTS WHICH SHOULD BE DISCOVERED BY USUAL EXAMINATION OF THE ITEM MUST BE NOTIFIED TO NORTHBYNORTH WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME. THE ITEM CAN SUBSEQUENTLY BE RETURNED FOR REPAIR, EXCHANGE OR, AFTER AGREEMENT, POSSIBLY CREDIT.

IN CONNECTION WITH CLAIMS, NORTHBYNORTH WILL BEAR REASONABLE RETURN COSTS.

ON FURNITURE AND FlowerpotR COMPLAINTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED REGARDING. COSMETIC DEVIATIONS AND THE INFLUENCES OF NATURE.

  • COSMETIC DEVIATIONS WHICH ARE NOT SEEN IN GENERAL. USE (F.EX UNDER A CUSHION, ON THE BOTTOM/BACK OF THE PRODUCT)
  • VARIATION IN ISSUE AND KNOBS IN THE BAMBOO
  • VARIATION IN THE SURFACE OF A Flowerpot
  • MUSHROOM AND MOLD THAT OCCURS ON THE PRODUCTS (MUSHROOM AND MOLD OCCURS EXCLUSIVELY FROM EXTERNAL INFLUENCES AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PRODUCT FROM NEW. SEE MORE UNDER TREATMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF BAMBOO)

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION/RETURN

AS A CONSUMER, YOU HAVE A 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WHEN YOU SHOP WITH US. HOWEVER, THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ORDER ITEMS OR SPECIALLY MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS AND SPECIAL PURPOSE BAMBOO CURTAINS.

THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD EXPIRES 14 DAYS AFTER THE DAY YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ITEM.

YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT THAT YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE. THE NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN PER MAIL AT INFO@NORTHBYNORTH.COM. IN THE NOTICE, YOU MUST MAKE US CLEARLY ATTENTION THAT YOU WISH TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. YOU CAN ALSO CHOOSE TO USE OUR STANDARD WITHDRAWAL FORM AND SEND A RETURN.

YOU CANNOT REMEDY BY JUST REFUSING RECEIPT OF THE ITEM. IF YOU REFUSE TO RECEIVE THE ITEM, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DEDUCT ALL COSTS OF PACKAGING, SHIPPING AND RETURN TO STOCK FROM YOUR ORDER.

YOU LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CUSTOM ORDERS OF BOTH FURNITURE AND CURTAINS.

WE ARE HAPPY TO SEND A RETURN LABEL FOR SMALLER SHIPMENTS AND ARRANGE PICKUP FOR LARGER ORDERS. JUST CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT. ALWAYS STATE YOUR ORDER NO.

BUYER ASSUMES ALL COSTS OF RETURNS.

THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT RETURN

THE ITEM MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND FURNITURE MUST NOT HAVE BEEN UNPACKED AND ASSEMBLED. PACKAGING ON OUR CUSHIONS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN BROKEN. IF THE ITEM DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE THEN WE CONSIDER THE ITEM AS USED AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE RETURNED.

THE ITEM SHOULD ALWAYS BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

 

REFUND OF PURCHASE AMOUNT

WE USE THE SAME METHOD OF PAYMENT TO RETURN YOUR MONEY AS USED FOR THE PURCHASE. WE WILL RETURN THE MONEY AS SOON AS THE ITEM IS RECEIVED RETURN AT OUR WAREHOUSE AND APPROVED. IT MAY TAKE UP TO 5 BANKING DAYS FROM TRANSFER TO THEY APPEAR IN YOUR ACCOUNT.

PAYMENT

NORTHBYNORTH ACCEPTS PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMES, MOBILEPAY, ANYDAY AND APPELPAY, GOOGLEPAY.

PAYMENT WILL BE WITHDRAWED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN THE ITEM IS SHIPPED UNLESS IT IS SPECIAL-ORDERED ROLLER CURTAINS AND FURNITURE.

OR PRE-ORDER OF SOLD OUT ITEMS.

IF YOU ORDER DELIVERY FOR A LATER TIME WHICH GOES OVER OUR NORMAL DISPATCH TIME, WE WITHDRAW THE MONEY IMMEDIATELY - THIS IS CALLED RESERVING THE GOODS FOR LATER DELIVERY.

WHEN YOU CHOOSE TO PAY WITH ANYDAY, THE FIRST PAYMENT WILL BE WITHDRAWED WHEN THE ITEM IS SHIPPED. THEN YOU WILL PAY YOUR MONTHLY BENEFIT ON THE LAST DAY OF EVERY DAY FROM THE NEXT MONTH AND FOR THREE MONTHS. NO FEES OR INTEREST ARE CHARGED ON YOUR PURCHASE AS LONG AS YOU PAY ON TIME. IF YOU RETURN YOUR PURCHASE, THE AGREEMENT WITH ANYDAY WILL AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATE.

NORTHBYNORTH ENCRYPTS ALL YOUR CARD INFORMATION WITH THE SO-CALLED SSL (SECURE SOCKET LAYER) PROTOCOL. THIS MEANS THAT AN OTHER PERSON CANNOT READ YOUR CARD NUMBER OR OTHER INFORMATION DURING THE TRANSACTION WITH PBS.
