Smaller shipments are sent by GLS to the nearest collection point. You will receive an email with tracking when the has been sent.
Furniture and pots shipped with DSV. DSV delivers on every weekday within normal working hours. When the goods are delivered from our warehouse, you will be notified by email and provided with a tracking number.
If you have not agreed to ‘delivery without approval’, it is important that you are at home to receive your delivery or you will be charged for any additional delivery attempts.
We inform all clients that all furniture will be delivered on pallets on the curb, we do NOT carry your furniture into your home, and we do not remove the cardboard or pallet.
If your delivery is delayed please contact Northbynorth customer service by phone or email and do not contact our distributor directly.
If you do not want to receive your delivery as soon as possible, you can request a specific delivery date under the comments section when completing your order.

Other countries within the Europe – within 5-7 workdays
Please note, the delivery times are provided as an indication and we reserve the right to change without prior notice, due to unexpected events affecting the business, weather conditions, holidays etc.
When good are delivered from our stock you will receive notification by email with your tracking number.
If you are not available to accept your delivery and the delivery is taken to a storage depot, the shipping fee will include a charge for the extra delivery.

We reserve the right to make price adjustments without prior notice. The price adjustments do not affect orders where order confirmation has been received.
Right of complaint
Complaints must be submitted no later than 7 days after receiving your items. You must inform us if there is any damage or any missing items. This should be done by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and you must provide your order / invoice number. In accordance with the Purchase Act, Northbynorth adheres to the 2-year Right of Complaint, covering manufacturing and material errors, which are determined by the normal use of the product. The Right of Complaint does not cover faults, damages or wear and tear, direct or indirect, caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised interventions. Complaints about errors and defects that can be discovered by usual levels of inspection must be reported to Northbynorth within a reasonable period of time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement, or by agreement, a possible credit.
In connection with complaints cases of complaint, Northbynorth will pay ‘reasonable’ return costs. Complaints regarding the cosmetic differences and impact of nature on the appearance of furniture and pots are not accepted.
- Cosmetic deviations not seen (for example under a cushion, on the bottom or back of a product)
- Variation in appearance or knots in the bamboo
- Variation in the surface of a pot
- Fungus or marks that appear on the products (exclusively from external impact and nothing to do with the product when new. More details are provided under Treatment and Maintenance of bamboo)

Right of withdrawal / return
As a consumer you have 7 days Right of Withdrawal when you shop with Northbynorth. You should notify us within 7 days of receipt that you want to cancel your purchase. The notification must be provided by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notice you must state clearly that you wish to exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you can also use our standard withdrawal form.

You cannot cancel your order by refusing to accept delivery of the goods. If you refuse to accept the goods, we reserve he right to deduct all costs pertaining to packaging, shipping and the return of your order. You lose your Right of Withdrawal when ordering furniture or curtains in special sizes.
We are happy to send a return label for smaller shipments and to arrange collection of larger orders. Just ask customer services and provide your order / invoice number, we will take care of it. The buyer will be liable for all costs related to returns.
Status of the item when returned
Items must be returned in their original packaging and furniture must not have been unpacked or assembled. The wrapping on the cushions must not have been opened or broken. If the product does not comply with the above, we consider the product as used and cannot be returned. The item must always be shipped in the original packaging.
Refund of the purchase price
We use the same method of payment to return your money as used when making your purchase. We return the money as soon as the item has been received to our warehouse and approved. It can take up to 5 working days for the transfer to reach your bank account.
Northbynorth receives payment with Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay and Applepay online. Payment is collected on your account when the item is shipped unless you have order special sized curtains or furniture. All prices are in Danish Kroner and include VAT.
Northbynorth encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. This means that no unauthorised people can read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
